This program block offers managers and HR managers valuable impulses for a future-oriented team culture, successful leadership and modern HR management. Topics such as the balance between traditional structures and agile methods in the energy sector as well as strategies for increasing trainees' self-motivation and independence are the focus. In addition, participants will learn how managers can effectively use AI tools to make their day-to-day work easier and what skills employees need in an increasingly digitalized working environment.
