Climate-Neutral Industry – How Can the Transformation of the Primary Industry Succeed?

Industrial parks in the energy-intensive primary industry face major challenges: In order to achieve climate targets, production processes must be converted to non-fossil energy and raw materials. At the same time, companies need to be internationally competitive in their day-to-day business.

We discuss these issues in dialogue with industry and science:

  • How can the transformation of the energy-intensive basic materials industry be successfully organised?

  • What contributions to the energy transition are possible?

  • What approaches are there for a circular CO2 economy?

  • What role does hydrogen play in this?

The forum focusses on the current state of the specialist discussion and offers exemplary insights into practical implementation.
