For better orientation within the extensive stage program, each forum and trade fair day is dedicated to one focus topic. Therefore, the expert forums will once again provide the ideal platform for exchanging experiences at E-world energy & water.

Hall 4

Change Forum

At the Change Forum (Hall 4), the first day of the trade fair entitled “Transforming the Energy Sector,” will focus on topics such as the scaling of startups on the international stage and technologies that are driving and shaping the transformation of the energy sector. Are you interested in innovation topics? Then you should plan to visit the Change Forum on the second day of the trade fair, which will focus on robotics and innovative financing models, among other things, under the motto “Powering Innovation.” Finally, the third day of the trade fair will be dedicated to Career Day, providing insights into the energy industry as an employer.

Future Forum

The Future Forum (Hall 5) will focus on developments in the energy transition and energy industry. Panel discussions on the hottest political topics of the year will be part of the first day of the fair under the motto “Politics & Regulation.” The increasing flexibility, development, and integration of battery storage systems will be the topic of the second theme day of the Future Forum, “Flexibility & Storage.” (Regulatory) safety measures for a resilient infrastructure will be the focus of the third day of the fair, entitled “Resilient Infrastructures.”

New Energy Systems Forum

The transformation of future energy markets and the implementation of the energy transition are the main topics of the New Energy Systems Forum. On the first day of the fair, financing and marketing models for renewable energies will be among the topics covered under the heading “Trading & Finance.” Questions about future energy generation and grid integration will be discussed under the motto of the second day of the fair, “Future Energy Generation.” On the third day of the fair entitled “Energy Transition in Cities,” you can learn how the energy transition is being implemented at the local level.

Climate Solutions Forum

A climate-neutral energy system requires innovative solutions, which will be the focus of the Climate Solutions Forum (Hall 6). How gas will develop and be used in a global context will be one of the topics of discussion on the first day of the fair, entitled “European Gas Markets.” How will networks develop at the European level? These and other questions will be the focus of the second day of the fair under the motto “European Electricity Grids.” The implementation of the heat transition and transformation of the building sector will be discussed on the third day of the fair under the title “Heating & Buildings.”

In 2026, our conferences will continue to offer insights into current topics, challenges, and opportunities in the energy industry. At the “Führungstreffen Energie,” high-profile speakers from business and politics will discuss topics such as the compatibility of security of supply and competitiveness and the necessary framework conditions for a successful transformation. At the “Glasfaserforum”, on the other hand, the current status of fiber optic expansion will be discussed.

With its Career Day on the third day of the trade fair, E-world energy & water promotes networking between employers and potential employees in order to highlight the energy industry as an attractive place to work—including on the stage of the Change Forum in interesting discussions during the “CEO meets Student” sessions.
