You can choose between the following format options:

a) Presentation | Duration: approx. 45 minutes, of which 30 minutes presentation and 10 minutes exchange with the audience (Q&A). Optimally 1 or 2 speakers. 

b) Panel discussion | Duration: max. 70 minutes, optionally keynote speech as a prelude, followed by the discussion. 3-4 speakers can take part in the discussion and bring in their point of view on the topic.

When submitting your proposal, please indicate how you would set up the panel (speakers/perspectives). The speakers do not have to be finalized at this point. Please note that in the event of acceptance, the invitation of the panelists will be made through you as the program partner.



If your topic is aimed at a broad audience and offers added value in terms of content, there are no costs arising. In this case, you will be listed as a program partner in the event.

However, if you are aiming for a promotional event in which you want to draw attention to your company, your products or services and attract new customers, costs will arise. Further information on this product can be found in the E-world sponsoring shop.
